1. Who We Are
Quorrio is an independent insurance comparison marketplace. We are not an insurance company, insurance agent, or insurance broker. We do not underwrite, issue, or sell insurance policies. - Vehicle: Vehicle type, year, make, model, and VIN (if provided).
- Driver Profile: Date of birth, ZIP code, driving violation history, homeownership status, and driver's license number and issuing state (if provided).
- Coverage Preferences: Coverage level, current insurer.
We also automatically collect:
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL, date/time of visit.
- Device Data: Operating system, screen resolution, device identifiers.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: See Section 9.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Transmit your profile to participating carriers so they can produce quotes (see Section 4);
- Communicate with you about your quote request, including follow-up emails about results;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal activity;
- Comply with applicable law and respond to legal process;

We do not use your information for targeted advertising on third-party platforms and we do not sell your personal information to data brokers or marketing companies.
4. How We Share Your Information
Insurance Carriers. When you submit a quote request, we share the profile data you provide with one or more participating insurance carriers or their technology partners for the purpose of generating an insurance quote. By submitting your information you consent to this disclosure. Each carrier's own privacy policy governs how they use information we share with them.
Service Providers. We share information with vendors who help us operate the Site (cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery). These vendors are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
Legal & Safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Quorrio, our users, or others; or in connection with fraud prevention and investigation.
Business Transfers. If Quorrio is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Site before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your quote request data for 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized. We may retain certain information longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as dispute resolution. Log data is retained for up to 12 months.
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:
